<p>配料:面粉500克、鸡蛋400克、臭粉(碳酸氢铵)7.5克</p>
<p> 白糖750克、蜂蜜200克、水250克、酸砂少许、果料少许。</p>
<p>第一步:和面,面粉开凹,加入400克鸡蛋及7.5克臭粉。先把鸡蛋和臭粉搅拌均匀后再与面粉和起,揉透。醒30分钟 后,</p>
<p>第二步:擀面成片,切条(和家中制作面条一样)面片要稍厚,切出的条尽量方一些。</p>
<p>第三步:炸面。把切好的面条用油炸过。油温不要太高、要不断翻动,尽量不要让面条上色。</p>

<p>第四步:熬糖、拌面、成型。把750克白糖、200克蜂蜜、250克清水放锅中,大火烧开后改小火慢熬,熬好后(检验方法:用一小碗中放上凉水,用筷子在糖锅中搅和一下后,把筷子上沾的糖滴在水中,糖成型即可)倒入炸好的面条中拌匀(不要老拌、均匀即可,以免糖翻砂)。把拌好的面条倒在已少许刷了油的板子上,挤压拍实成型,等成品凉后切块即可食用。</p></div>

记下了 小时候最爱它 还有槽子糕 到东北后 就再也没吃过 现在南方的大牌子萨其马都是尼玛垃圾
