粗粗的看了一下，感觉问题主要是太抠字了，不用字字对应的翻译，意思到了就好了

你翻译的是菜单，菜单的作用是吸引食客去点你的菜，太注重字字对应反而什么都不明白了。

例如；现场表演—抻面 Field-performance—hand-pulled noodles

这个不必要用：field 吧，你是想表示“现场”？后面用：pulling noodles show 会不会好一点？

又如：宫廷蜜枣  palace-made honey dates

这个改成 honey dates special for palace 会不会更吸引老外呢？

建议整体再重新斟酌一下，菜单不是学术文章，不用很严谨，但是一定要吸引眼球。
