WHERE DO U LIKE BEIJING BEST???

Xuanwu District is my favorite, various sites of interests locate in this district, also because, I was born in Xuanwu, and my root is here.......... Would you mind explaining <em><strong>"sha Dai" carry</strong></em> in Chinese (中文为何）please? I not only never ate it before but also understand the food, sorry. And "<strong><em>I like't reduce English words and idioms</em></strong>", I don't quite get the meaning, either. I am way outdated. <p>The Pot-stickers were so good for the new yr. plus some good soups and fruits.</p><p> </p> 我冬至晚上出去吃了顿涮羊肉………… and it's better eating the hot-pot in a traditional Beijing Courtyard than in the flat. Well well, 90% of Beijing population dwell into high-rise apartment buildings where tradtional compound courtyard is unavailable to them. What a dream but impossible idea to begin with............ <p>For example,"sha dai "carry and rice is my farorite dish.</p>

<p>Jianbing is not the original Beijing food but Tianjin snack. In Tianjin they use Youtiao more than Baocui and they call "Youtiao" as "Guozi" .</p>
