十一黄金周油油又利用工作之便去了趟天津，这回可真是不虚此行啊，居然去参观了航空母舰，虽然门票高达110元，但还是恨下心踏上了航母的甲板呢。
此前都不知道天津有航空母舰，这次是长了见识了，今天就把见闻和大家一起分享吧！在超级大国时代，前苏联曾经拥有过全球第二的强大海军，与美国海军在世界各大洋展开激烈竞争，但是在航空母舰这一项上，前苏联却与美国有着天壤之别，这一差距直到前苏联解体时也没有弥补上，风雨飘摇中的俄罗斯看来也无法在短时间拥有可与美国匹敌的航空母舰。咱们天津的这艘航空母舰就是人家老毛子黄金时代的产物。
“基辅”级共建造了4艘，分别是： 第1艘“基辅”号，1143级，<chsdate wst="on" year="1970" month="7" day="21" islunardate="False" isrocdate="False"></chsdate>1970年7月21日<chsdate></chsdate>在尼古拉耶夫船厂开工，1972年12月27日下水，<chsdate wst="on" year="1975" month="1" day="3" islunardate="False" isrocdate="False"></chsdate>1975年1月3日<chsdate></chsdate>服役，1993年1月退出现役，被卖到中国；（目前在天津汉沽）
第2艘“明斯克”号，1143.2级，<chsdate wst="on" year="1972" month="12" day="29" islunardate="False" isrocdate="False"></chsdate>1972年12月29日<chsdate></chsdate>在明斯克船厂开工，1975年9月30日下水，<chsdate wst="on" year="1978" month="9" day="28" islunardate="False" isrocdate="False"></chsdate>1978年9月28日<chsdate></chsdate>服役，1993年1月退出现役，被卖到中国改为游乐设施；（目前在深圳）
第3艘“新罗西斯克”号，1143.3级，<chsdate wst="on" year="1975" month="9" day="30" islunardate="False" isrocdate="False"></chsdate>1975年9月30日<chsdate></chsdate>在尼古拉船厂开工，1978年12月24日下水，<chsdate wst="on" year="1982" month="9" day="12" islunardate="False" isrocdate="False"></chsdate>1982年9月12日<chsdate></chsdate>服役；1993年1月退出现役； 第4艘“戈尔什科夫”号，原名“巴库”号，1143.4级，1978年12月在尼古拉耶夫船厂开工，1982年4月17日下水，1987年1月服役，1994年在一场大火之后便始终处于搁置状态，极有可能在改装后被卖给印度。 小常识：

由此而知，咱一共买到了两艘前苏联的大家伙，分别是位于天津和深圳的第1艘“基辅”号和第2艘“明斯克”号，如今都已经成了旅游景点，门票也都不溅呢，不过还是物超所值，走这一趟，值得了。
今天的主角“基辅号”航空母舰位于天津市汉沽区营城八卦滩，是前苏联“基辅”级航母的首制舰。1970年7月建造，1972年下水，1975年服役，1994年退役，共服役19年，最初被定位为反潜巡洋舰。它在历史上虽未参加过任何战役，但服役间曾出访印度、朝鲜及阿尔及利亚等国家，被前苏联造船工业视为“国家名片”。
其实油油是奔着天津港去的，结果却收获了这个大家伙，老远就看见了她。现在这里被改造成了主题公园，里面还有酒吧，客房，设施很齐全，价格也比较合理，唯一遗憾的是，这里的大海没有沙滩，好遗憾啊。我最喜欢沙滩和大海了，这是唯一的小小缺憾，不过也比较有意思，都一次看看到没有沙滩的海岸线，还有成山的集装箱，这里是天津港的海域，货轮，集装箱还有航空母舰构成了这里独特的海岸风光。

很有幸在中国的两艘我都上去过,总体感觉比美国的要小,当时的价格(01年-02年)是60元.可惜当时没有留下任何照片

前苏联的海军战略就是核潜艇为主导，赫鲁小夫甚至认为航母就是核潜艇的靶子，所以一直不提倡大力发展。中国也是一直这个思路，但在如今提倡决战于境外的大前提下，大力发展航母是一个国家海军强国的重要思想。我本人喜欢尼米兹号或中途岛号那样的大型航母，看着真痛快！

在大概99年左右，“基辅”号刚刚买回来，被拖到山海关造船厂维修，我特意去看了一下，当时很破旧，还在维修中，但是第一次看到那么大的船，超大号的甲板还是非常震撼的。现在维修后可真漂亮。
